I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service and professionalism of Ricky and the entire deli staff at Supemercado Nuestra Familia on Harrison Street. Every time I visit, the deli area is impressively clean, organized, and well-maintained. It’s clear that Ricky and his team take pride in their work, and it truly shows in both the quality of the environment and the service they provide.

Ricky, in particular, was extremely helpful and courteous during my recent visit. His attentiveness and positive attitude made my experience a pleasant one. Unfortunately, during this interaction, another individual named Jerry came into the deli area and addressed Ricky in a very rude and unprofessional manner regarding some chickens. I felt this situation could have been handled much more respectfully, especially considering Ricky’s calm and professional demeanor throughout.

I sincerely hope that Ricky receives the recognition he deserves and that Jerry reflects on how he addressed the situation. An apology would certainly be appropriate.

Unfortunately, I have to edit this review. Not any fault of the ladies mentioned below... However, since this store is now a Supermercado where Family Fare used to be.... There isn't an option to leave a review for only Supermercado. I just want to point out how disappointed I was with the enchiladas from the deli. They were a SOGGY MESS and EHHH at best. Also, there is no longer a rewards plan and they do not honor mobile coupons. So I will no longer be shopping at this store. Unless I'm desperate. 🤨

This 5 star rating is for Terri, Judy and Shannon. These ladies are customer service ROCK STARS!! First and foremost..... Thank you Terri!! I've never seen a customer service counter so organized. Every item was priced and in the system. There wasn't any excess of tobacco products collecting dust in random boxes and totes

Not a bad place to shop if it's closest to you. It feels quite crowded or clustered inside even if there aren't many shoppers inside. Prices are quite high for both name brand & store brand items. They do have some unique items that aren't carried at other stores & are worth paying more for under certain circumstances. They have a great deli area and they make an amazing cheese dip that tastes great on crackers! I also love the Dollar aisle where everything in it is $1.00, carries some items there that, again, you won't really find in other stores. Not a terrible place to shop if you're around that way or live over there, but quite pricey if you decide to go full grocery shopping. Does have a friendly, helpful work team which was nice. Not bad, not great, just...
