Amazon Bellingham — Local services in Bellingham

( Unfortunately there are no negative stars. I HAD to put 1 in order to post this. ) I'm in an office building with individual office suites, and we've had more issues with the deliver drivers being lazy and delivering packages to the address listed on them. There is NO excuse. In the rare instance when someone doesn't put their suite number, there is a giant directory right in front of you when you enter the lobby that lists the business names, their suite number, and what floor they're on. Just lazy. Usually they just leave them in the lobby. If we're lucky they might put it in a chair, but usually it's just dumped on the floor just inside the door. This is in-spite of notices from the building management to deliver them to their respective addresses. If the door is locked they just leave it on the step or sidewalk even though there is an intercom right there with a delivery access button.

Today, however, takes the cake. I was alerted via email, that the driver was near by and a GPS map showed where the driver was. I watched as they approached my address, but then went past it and turned down the back ally behind the building. I initially assumed it was because the were no open spaces to park on the street. I waited in my office for a few minutes then checked the hall. Nothing. Then I got an email saying my package was delivered. Again, assuming they had done their usual lazy thing and left it in the lobby, I want down to retrieve it. However, it wasn't there. Just as I was looking around for it, someone else from my building came in with it. They had come down for the same reason and found mine out back next to the dumpster. He was still looking for his.

This is outrageously bad service. I have yet to find a number for this delivery center to make a proper complaint. Just LAZY...

My package was supposed to be delivered by 10pm today, it has been at this facility since 11:25 this morning...this facility is 2 towns over, and 15 minutes away, we have had no severe weather in 2 days yet I just got a notification saying my package has been delayed due to severe weather and will not be delivered for another 2 days.....it's literally 15 minutes away!! There is a reason people purchase certain items, one is the time frame in which it will be delivered. I needed and was expecting my purchase to be delivered today... but now I have to wait 2 more days because someone screwed up and didn't do their job correctly...not to mention there is no way to contact this facility so I can go pick it up myself!!! I don't know why I'm paying for prime when all my orders are either delivered late or not at all... Way to go Amazon, a perfect example of incompetence at...
