The Waving Christmas Bear I bought from TMIGifts was being sold at Home Depot for $29.98 last Dec 26th of last year and a friend bought one for $15 a few days after. So when I saw it at TMIGifts for $45 this Dec, I thought it was good. However, what TMIGifts sent looked as if it had already been used and damaged. The item did not come in original packaging but was placed in a TMIGifts box, parts were loose inside the box, face and leg have runs on fabric, and has rust on the metal loop where you put ties to connect the body. I spent $250 on an open box prelit Christmas tree and specifically asked if everything worked and was included before I ordered it. It was a gift for my mother who wanted this specific tree that was sold out everywhere. I bought it in the summer, and unfortunately she didn't pull it out and test it when it arrived. We pulled out the box this month and saw this note taped to the bottom. The tree was a dud. I placed my first order and the tracking shows FEDEX delivered it, but it wasn't to my house. TMI wouldn't do anything about it. Why should they because it's FEDEX's fault. Even still, this seller could file a claim on their FEDEX account and get money to reimburse me. So far no response or offer to do anything, which is totally wrong on their part if they were a respectable business!!!! BEWARE! Don't expect any help from them, if you have a similar problem.
