I got a breakfast burrito from one of the restaurants in the middle, (which was delicious except for the canned refried beans used) great price too. I also bought one pullet from the family by the old Critter Critter, she was a little thin but no bugs and she perked right up when I got her home (now she bosses my other pullets around, lil meanie lol) the young man seemed very knowledgeable and did disclaim her condition to me, which I appreciate. They had some pretty roosters too. And fertile eating eggs. (She is the blue /grey one ) Right in front of the flea market people sell puppies without regards to shots, papers or good homes. (There was one couple who had an accidental litter who actually seemed to care about their puppies well being, not just some quick bucks) there was also a elderly lady selling a few chickens, I got a little black and white pullet from her ( she is a beauty, I think she is a game cross) Alot of vendors had clothes.

Parking was found quick and easy and free. I was a little confused on the route of shopping. It's kind of scattered out with barns full of vendors. Some vendors just out in the open. Not bad, there was a variety of things. Just not as coordinated as other flea markets I've been to. But it was okay.

Just a huge amount of vendors. Lots of food vendors. They also have new and used merchandise vendors from tools to trinkets to lawnmowers to surplus. This place has it's own culture by having many different cultures in one area.

The owners or at least the person who lied and said they were the owner literally is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever to the misfortune to do business with. On top of that, they have stolen money from us and lied about it. I am extremely disappointed in how this business is ran and what is has become. It was once a very nice place. In the last 20 years they have not done anything to improve the shape of their property or the buildings. The buildings are infested with rats, mice, and feral cats. Our items that we are selling in the building ( that we have to pay an extremely high amount to rent) have been chewed on and covered with animal droppings/urine. They do not have cameras and people steal all the time. They have no concern for your personal property and if the building you rent gets broken into, they do nothing and there’s no camera to protect it. They do not have automatic withdrawal and make it impossible to pay rent on time because they are only open on the weekends. They also charge you any extreme amount if you’re late but make it impossible to pay on time because they are closed. These people will steal your money and then tell you that you deserved it because you didn’t answer the phone when they called. I’m extremely disappointed in this place. I’d never recommend to do business with them. They have no integrity or concern for other people that rent from them.

I’d like to add that while there was a pandemic going on and the flea market was completely closed, they still made us pay rent while all the other tenets that we personally know didn’t get charged. When we asked why they told us it was because we didn’t answer their phone call. Later, they said it was because we were late the month before (also during the pandemic/covid 19) and we were not even allowed to leave our houses much less earn money to pay them. These people clearly have an issue with us (they are white and extremely racist to all the tenets that aren’t like them) personally and we literally have no clue why. They cursed me out over the phone and hung up on me when I...

Honestly, if I could go lower I would. Most things are over priced considering the quality is consistent with items scavenged from the side of the road.

Then, if you do find something somewhat decent (still used/worn, which is expected) it would be cheaper to buy brand new from the store with a coupon.

Grounds are completely unkempt. They do have a few shacks for sellers to use; however, these are completely run down and cramped inside.

I understand this post can come across as elitist. Yet it’s clear management doesn’t care about the quality of the the grounds. Leaving this ripe for people to scam others with poor quality goods. I shouldn’t have to say more about managements viewpoint than their sign stating they won’t be held responsible if you are robbed while...
