I scheduled my 2004 Dodge Ram SLT into TM for a lift and exhaust upgrade. As I pulled into Bemidji the truck started to misfire. Shane got the lift and exhaust work done fast and also installed a bed liner at no cost. He then tried to get the truck into Dodge for a diagnostics on the misfire but they were too busy to get it in. Shane suggested he upgrade the truck with high performance plugs, plug wires, and coils to possibly fix the misfire. His upgrades worked and no more misfire! These guys rock. Shane and Shane helped me resolve and repair an issue with an auto braking system on a tow car behind our motor home. The original installer (let just say your major superstore door RV’s) sent me down the road with an inoperable system. TM figured it out and went above and beyond to repair and make the system operable. Can’t say enough about these guys.

I’ve driven over 5,000 miles is 6 weeks and feeling the auxiliary brakes kick in going down the backside of the mountains is very comforting

My fiance and I were in the store to spend some good money! 20 minutes we looked around--not even a hello from the employee! He was more fixated with the other 2 customers--understandable! However we left came back still didn't greet us or say I'll be right with you! Wasted 2 and half hours of driving so actually 5 hours in total to not even be acknowledged once again!
