Curragh Equestrian Center — Local services in Benbrook

My daughter and I have been taking lessons at Curragh for the past year. We really love it there. It is unusually inexpensive for lessons, the facilities are wonderful, the lesson horses are the best, and we love our teachers, Vanessa, Elaine, Jessica...and any who have filled in when needed. Always professional and all have been very kind and accomadating. Keep in mind that they have several young girls who are barn helpers and who try very hard but might not have had the best phone skills at times (ie the gentleman's experience). Though in all honesty I have been very impressed with how hardworking and mature they are (my daughter would not be!) Shyness or phone jitters might have been interpreted as "not caring" and he probably didn't realize a 12 year old had answered the barn phone, since they all pitch in...

I love this barn. I've been riding here close to a year and it is a great facility. Their school horses are wonderful and very well cared for. I look forward to going here every week. Mare Pack is a great instructor. She's extremely knowledgeable and isn't afraid to give you a little push when you need one. Kristina is awesome teacher too! Curragh is an excellent barn. Everyone who works there is really kind and treats the horses very well. The coaches are very knowledgeable and tailor instruction to your needs and always keep the well-being of the horse in mind. The school horses are also really great.
