Great business, and reminded me of why to shop local whenever possible. They sold me a remote car starter. I found it a little cheeper online of course, and I mean a little; however, it was installed within a week post x-mas. This mind you was 5 WEEKS faster than any other quote I got. The gentleman at the counter sold me a more expensive version that would let you know the car had started from a long distance, and thats what he put in his wife's car. SOOOO very happy with the product, and the service here. I will return to do my truck next year...though a little earlier...

I would never use this shop again and would recommend anyone else to do the same. They broke my dashboard clips so now the dash doesn’t stay out and has a gap that should not be there. Never had a shop damage one of my vehicles before and not have the audacity to atleast inform me about it. Not cool at all, really sucks because this part is expensive and hard to find. And to add to that mess, the guys there are not friendly at all. They act like it’s a burden to help their customer, 100% will never use...

i had an auto start professionally installed in my Ford f150 by another local buisness, and they couldn't figure out how to get it programmed, and i was told my keys were broken. even the Ford dealership couldn't figure it out for me. but, Morgan at audio-werks was able to get it working within minutes. he's very professional and knowledgeable. very inexpensive and all staff are very helpful. i will be doing all future buisness through audio-werks with any accessory installations. thank you guys for your...
