My family and I recently got back from a vacation in Sunriver Oregon. We contacted Brian a few months before we arrived and setup multiple catered dinners. Their service is amazing, and well worth it. We are a group of 16 ranging in age from 6-70, so trying to go out to eat at a restaurant in Sunriver is a non-starter for a group this size unless we want to eat at 3:30, or wait 2.5 hours. We also spent a lot of time visiting various sites in the area (Crater Lake, Paulina peak, golfing) and the last thing our group wanted to do was rush home and cook and cleanup…Brian and Fire Fare Foods was a life saver and made our vacation so much more enjoyable and relaxing.

We had Fire Fare Foods cater 4 of the 7 nights we were there. Casey was our in house chef 3 of the 4 evening and Casey was awesome…highly recommend. When developing the menu Brian is very flexible and will adjust to suit as needed. We had a pasta bar night, a bbq night (ribs were amazing), the Brazilian carnival night, and an Appetizer night (we called it international tapas night). All of the food we had was amazing. I think the consensus was Brazilian Carnival and Appetizer night were our favorite. The Brazilian seafood stew was awesome (highly recommend), and the steak and chimichurri was amazing. On the Appetizer night we couldn’t get enough of the Ahi Tuna crisps, steak kabobs, and nacho bites.

If you’re looking to relax and not have to worry about who’s cooking dinner when you’re on vacation then Brian and his team at Fire Fare Foods are the right group to use.

Brian Garza and his catering company are top notch. They catered a family party for us and completely surpassed expectations. We ordered the taco bar with a couple different passed appetizers as options. The taco bar was everything you could dream up, but with sauces more delicious than you could even imagine. Brian’s team is the full experience, came early to set up, and stayed late to make sure everything was properly cleaned. He even let us keep all the leftovers! (Something most catering companies don’t do.) I highly recommend Brian and his team to anyone who wants an elevated catering experience...
