Shannon and Robert are two very awesome guys! I ran into their shop 10 minutes before closing and did not feel like a burdern to them at all, not like I would in many other stores. In fact, I felt very welcomed. Robert is very goofy and such a sweet man. I was feeling troubled about what all I needed to buy to complete my fiancé's Valentine's day gift. Robert went out of his way to cheer me up and put a smile on my face. Shannon (the owner) was very kind to me, even though I knew nothing of what I really needed. My intentions was to go in and purchase a guitar with lesser value as a beginner and he did not want to sell it to me, not because he wanted to make a dollar off of me but because he wanted me to see what I was really getting with the cheap one. So, after walking me through the pros and cons I decided to purchase the guitar that was more expensive. The part that stood out to me more than anything is Shannon, a total stranger not only threw in the case, strings and a capo but also offered since I did not have cash on me but only a debit card, I could take everything home to give my fiancé as a gift. He put his trust in me, and his faith in God's leading hand that I would return the very next day with the cash. Which I did and in return received a discount that made my pocket and heart very happy. Thank you Shannon and Robert! My fiancé is ecstatic about his guitar and because of you he was able to receive it on Valentine's day....

Upmost respect for veterans but this man insulted me nonetheless not knowing at all my criminal record or background! Spoke on me as being associated with crackheads and that I'm fresh out of prison smh I've never been nor do I plan on going I'm actually the son of a pastor. I'm very upset with the disrespectful and very unprofessional scrutiny directed towards me in front of my girlfriend rude and disappointing ! Sir please do your research before you speak on someone's character.
