Customer service is rude and will not honor the pricing that is advertised.
I messaged Filly Flair’s customer service because the sale advertised on the site wasn’t working in the cart or at check out; I did screenshot the sale in case there would be an issue proving it was advertised. Filly Flair flat out said that nope, it couldn’t be on their site and they weren’t interested in a screenshot proving it. They could have chosen to not honor THEIR sale and not implied that I was lying or asked to see the screenshot, or apologized at all, but apparently now that I have seen all of the negative reviews for them on Google, I can see exactly how this brand is.
