Was told twice that I could return an item and get my money back before I bought it. Tried returning it and they said I couldn't get money back. They then tried to get me to do store credit. That is bs when a costumer is told not only once but twice that they would be able to get their money back. Need to teach their employees not to lie to costumers. Definitely will not return to this place and will recommend other places like tractor supply over this place from now on.
Response to that: No the item was definitely not brought back warm. The vials were cold to touch. The man didn't even touch them. The manager didn't come and feel them either. The man at the counter just plain out said I'm not sure if we can return these. Then some other guy went and asked the manager. Which then same guy returned several minutes later and met the guy at the counter away from the counter and told him store credit. I made sure that the vials were still cold before walking into that store. Which again they did not feel of the vials at all. It just laid on the counter. When a costumer gets told once by an employee that they can get their money back regardless of what that product is or not they should get their money back. Especially after being told twice that they can get the money back when returning it. Shows that the employee was lazy about her job and could care less that someone lost money from her not being properly trained. Today they forgot about me out back and loaded another vehicle that got there after me. I walked inside the back door… One of the gentlemen asked me if I had a an order for XYZ as he was stacking multiple bags onto the dolly… Which I found out was for the lady parked beside me… (that also got there after me ). He told me I would have to hand my ticket to another guy.. I handed my ticket to him and then he took off going into the very back of the store. I could see the chicken feed that I always get right there, so I proceeded to have to help myself… Then the gentleman came back and grabbed another bag of feed that I did not order. I told him that was not the right bag. He said that I would have to go upfront and exchange it. I said never mind just go ahead and give me what they rang me up for. I hate to go to the big box store because their feed makes me sick, but I don’t know where else to go...
Read moreToday at 3:25 pm , went inside the store with my wife to get some supplies for this 39. Ac we just purchased. Like , snake away, and tools . Fencing and hot wire , posting or order posting. So to shorten this up. We walked in this Farmers store and this guy was standing behind the register. He looked me straight in my eyes and didnt part his lips to say welcome ,or how are y'all doing A little background on myself. Retail management for over 25 yrs. Day one of a cashier is to Greet your CUSTOMERS with a Smile. So while we walk through the store ,i kept thinking why would i spend the amount of money we came prepared to spend, if this guy cant even speak. Let me be clear on this . He did not have a customer nor was he on the phone as we walked in. Looked me in my eyes and didnt part his lip . So from this experience, i will not recommend this store to any of the people i know or my several thousands of customers i come in contact with.
