I had my install set up for 10am 1-7-23 service tech was 1hr and half late. Payed over almost 1300.00 bucks for a few galvanized pieces and 2hrs of work to have the tech drill through 2 of my studs in the wall and i then after he left had to run to the part store to buy a hose clamp to put on my intake hose because I noticed the tech forgot to put it on after seeing my tubing was just floating there. My son and I also helped with unloading and loading supplies back in the vehicle should have definitely got a discount for punctuality, drilling my studs, not finishing the job completely, and for helping this guy out.
