Recently needed to replace my boxspring and mattress so I figured let's shop local to help small businesses during the pandemic. I walk in the place is clean customer service before the sale was alright asked a few questions of the sales lady who was kinda not knowledgeable about warranty information but figured I would continue to shop. Found a set I wanted and asked about deliver cost and when I would be able to receive it to my home great news delivery was free and told I would get the delivery in a couple hours .about 2 hours later after I had thrown my old set out the phone call was we wont be able to deliver that tonight we have gotten busy at the store and had more orders to deliver asked if monday would be alright nope nothing to sleep on . Long story short here said I can deliver it tonight between five and six I was in the store around 130 and told a couple hours it's now 530 and still not here I will not be doing business here again because you made the promise of a couple hours and it's been 4 that's a broken promise in business and that's as good as a lie to a...

Don’t let your car break down here, the owner will tell you it’s okay and then take it home and try to squeeze as much money out of you as he can to return it, and then mess your car up dropping it off, because he doesn’t know how to operate HIS OWN tow truck. I will never do business here and I’m going to make sure everyone knows not to associate with this business as well. Because I’d hate to be shopping and my battery die and have to argue with the owner all day to get it back....

I bought 2 Englander Recliners and had them less than a year had to have both send back to the company and are somewhat better.Also had issues about getting furniture delivered and picked back up we the customer had to go pick up recliners when they came in and had to deliver 1 recliner back to business so it could be sent off for repair and then they did bring recliner to our home and picked up the other to be sent...
