VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We had an appointment to see the hall at a certain time and we waited for an hour for the representative to meet us. Called the lady multiple times on her personal phone and no answer. Called the church multiple times. First call, a man picked up the phone and hung up me while I was still talking.
