Very disappointed with this company. I would not trust them with any event. The chef arrived an hour late! After arriving late he was very unprepared. The food was not good it was drenched in soy sauce and all black from the black top grill Im assuming. It was way too salty! Didn’t even get to enjoy my daughter special day because I was so upset with this company and dealing with them on the phone. They gave me a 20 % discount, oh wow the inconvenience they caused and frustration and they cut the so called entertainment short so that was the 20% discount. food and entertainment would have been good it would have made up for the tardiness. I was embarrassed and made the mistake of booking with this company, the entertainment was mediocre what they sold me based on Instagram was not even close, his presentation and appearance were not professional. They did soda with the baby bottle and that was the entire entertainment, no real interaction like their instagram videos. don’t let the website fool you and instagram it was not worth it. I was hoping for an amazing experience for future events but I’m thankful I booked for a small party instead of a large event that could have been a disaster. The gentlemen on the phone was nice and polite but I’m sorry it was not worth it. The cook asked for his gratuity after the entire ordeal and kind of got cocky about it. At the beginning he was begging me not to call his manager because he would get fired, I don’t know anyone’s personal problems and I try to be understanding but I was shocked when he asked for his tip, the nerve! After all that! I’m sure there are other companies that are more reputable, book at your own risk! I can’t thank Go Hibachi enough for the incredible experience they gave us, especially since I reached out to them at the very last minute – just the day before my mom’s 82nd birthday. I’m currently battling stage three cancer, and I knew I wouldn’t be able to be there for her birthday due to my treatment. I wanted to make it special for her, and Go Hibachi came through in the best possible way.

They went above and beyond, sending Chef Eddie to our home the next day. He was phenomenal – not only did he put on a great show with tricks and games, but the food was absolutely amazing. From the flavorful rice and delicious chicken to the perfectly seasoned vegetables and refreshing salad, everything was spot on. The whole experience was stress-free for me, which meant the world because I’m not in the greatest condition to host a party. But thanks to Go Hibachi, it was the best party I’ve ever had!

Eddie’s fun and engaging spirit had all the guests raving, and the games he played with us added an extra layer of fun. If you lose, you pick someone to drink – but it’s all in good fun, and no one feels pressured. The best part? They bring all their own equipment, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate my mom’s birthday. If I could give Go Hibachi 10 stars, I would. If you want a fantastic, hassle-free event, they are the ones to call. Make sure to ask for Eddie, but I’m sure all their chefs are equally incredible! be sure to tip out your chef because they deserve it phenomenal job Eddie thank you so much for making this special day.
