Our experience started out great but unfortunately, after ordering a dining room set, bedroom set, mattresses and some other items, our experience was very disappointing. The delivery process was very difficult and I felt sorry for the delivery team as they were not given any correct information about our delivery. One bed was missed in the order and I was told I’d have to pay a separate delivery fee for that which gave me incentive to buy that bedding elsewhere. It’s unfortunate and I did try to work with them but we didn’t feel as though our business was valued. I will say that we are happy with the quality of the items we purchased but due to the multiple mixups without anyone offering to help address our problems, it is very unlikely that we will be buying there in the future.
UPDATE———- I was contacted by Chris the owner and he wanted to discuss the issues we had experienced. He was very kind to talk to and addressed our concerns. After talking to Chris, we have decided to give them another chance and hope to be able to order a sectional from his business in the near future. He is definitely an owner who cares about his customers!!

She helped me with every step of the process: from selecting the Contractor, to selecting the tiles, flooring, countertops, furniture, and an endless list of other items. Often, I would send her my ideas and/or text her frequently throughout the process. Despite the timing of my questions, Heidi ALWAYS answered promptly and offered her feedback. She advocated for me and helped with communication with the contractor/team. Customer service is a nightmare and the people that work there are extremely rude. When I asked the lady on the phone today how she was doing, she had the nerve to respond with "better than your girlfriend"....what the hell? This is because she called upset asking why they told her they'd deliver the bed i purchased TODAY and then didn't. Now they're saying they don't deliver in my area on Fridays. Anyways, be warned about customer service and delivery. Ill be willing to change my bad review to atleast 3 stars if my bed arrives on time on THURSDAY!
