Crane Farm — Local services in Bernards Township

Extremely disrespectful service!!! DO NOT support this business. I went there today to buy flowers for my grandfathers grave as it is his birthday. I was not satisfied with selection so I decided to pick up some fresh fruits instead. I noticed my total was under ten dollars so I grabbed a bag of spinach. The woman behind the counter in a very nasty tone said “that won’t make it okay !” She searched through the fridge to find a more expensive bag and couldn’t find it so threw the bag back towards me. She rung me up and it was $9.77. She then said “It would help if you carried cash on you!! I get charged a fortune every time we use credit!” Mind you this was TWENTY THREE CENTS under ten bucks and the customer in front of me just used a card. She then proceeded to chastise me about it while the card processed. I am extremely disgusted by the behavior of someone who was visibly in their fifties. Perhaps treating a customer with respect is too much to ask for but I would much rather support Wightman’s farms in the future. Never again will I support such lousy and unprofessional...
