Wow! You would think people who deal with children would be nicer. This way Kate Russo spoke to me was disgusting. She is very rude and disrespectful. If I was a white woman looking for answers I’m pretty sure she would have helped but I am not and I was told to stop talking while addressing an issue with her. I was told she would not listen to me because what I am saying is wrong. I felt as if I WAS BEING RACIALLY PROFILED. When I asked for her supervisor she told me she is the boss and would not even give me her supervisor name or number. Then proceeded to ask me what do I need to talk to her Supervisor for just to ask him the same question. I told her No now I have a complaint. She continued to tell me to have a nice day while saying she is hanging up the phone on me. The funny thing is instead of hanging up she waited for me to hang up so she could say she never hung up bt sat there quietly. I was embarrassed by the way I was treated. People with no customer service skills should not be allowed to be in any position dealing with children with parents who are concerned. If I could give them ZERO...

It provides a place where young children can go and play and learn new things for several hours during the day. They also provide transportation and 2 meals. If I had not enrolled my grandchildren in the summer camp program they would have been home doing nothing but playing with their phones or watching TV.
