Ive had bps internet for 8 years. Has always been the same. Connection is always spotty. Call tech support and they always try to blame your router. I’ve replaced the router multiple times. Also have had to pay for new antenna a couple times. Lately it’s like clock work, Every night around 9pm it goes off for about an hour. Called tech support and he logged in and could see it was offline and magically while on the phone it reconnected. 30 minutes later, off again. I understand things tear up and everything can’t be prevented. But this has been the same kind of service for years. Not happy with this internet. Can’t wait for fiber...
Read moreOh my gosh! I was so glad to hear that we have wireless internet available where we live just outside of Bernie, MO. Don't believe those poor ratings people put on here about BPS networks. It all depends on where you live in relation to their towers, and of course if you have obstructions that prevents a good signal. The lady who answers their phones is a sweetheart and the technicians are super friendly and knowledgeable. Trust them to know what they are doing. If they tell you it just won't pull a good signal where you are, trust them and go with other options if you have to. But I'm happy...
Read moreThe internet service is pathetic. We pay for 3 gigs down and we do good to pull .5 of that. We can't even watch Netflix without continue pausing and loading. We even out their router in and still nothing. It take 5 days to download a game. We depend on it for phone service so we don't get calls and text like we should. When you call and address it with them they just say they are working on it. They have been working on it for almost a year now. But do they refund money...NO! We pay the same amount every month!...
