I have become a regular customer here due to great service and lots of good products in farm, feed, live chicks at times, tools, ranch equipment, concrete blocks, water tanks, culvert pipe, and clothing. A nice toy tractor tricycle and other toys were available near the register. Bulletin boards help find local service providers. Delivery is available on big items and I have had great results there too. One time I needed a 30 foot pipe (15 inch diameter) cut in half and the delivery lady knew a customer in the store who was ready to do the job. Bought a chicken choop priced at 600 got on sale for 300. They had apart and helped loaded it. I should have made sure all pieces was there before leaving but I did not. I called hoping they would have the parts and screws I needed. They said they did a whole shelf I could pick from, but at my cost. Well buying something on sell or not it should all be there and they should provided the parts not at my cost. Bad company service in my opinion.

Update: got my Supplies from Hill Country. Just chit chat about why I'm in there They helped find what I needed. And they gave me a little discount on my troubles from the other store. I was not expecting that. Super awesome. I know where my business...

Good store, and great customer service. I believe every employee I saw asked if I needed help. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars, is because the first employee did not take me to what I wanted but pointed me in the direction I need to go. Unfortunately, that got me in the general area but not exactly the right place. This wasn't a big deal though because as soon as I got back to that area another employee asked me if I needed help and took me right where I needed to go and helped me find exactly what I needed.
