Seip Drug — Local services in Bertha

So iv Ben on pain meds for years and had Ben with seipe in wadena for as long as it had Ben open when it closed I chose to go with thrifty white drug and I wasn't happy with this place at all so decided to have my scripts sent to seipe in bertha where I live now they are closed on weekends and it never fails the one script hits on the weekend so I call my Dr and also call seipe and had it all ok to get it the Friday before next thing I call that Friday am to make sure it's filled and ready for me to pickup the woman on the phone is telling me I halft to wait till Monday to get it I wasn't happy I told her I had called a few days back and had alarmed to my Dr and it was all ok for me to get this Friday she starts with her attitude and all at once tells me to hang on as I can hear her talking to the heard pharmacy person she gets back on the phone and tells me it will be ready so i get there a few min after that this woman I had Ben talking to comes out she's not even wearing decent cloths for a job in customer service I was very put off by this plus when I had her on the phone maybe instead of the attitude she should of let the pharmacist talk to me as she didn't even know what she was talking about .I am sad that the one in wadena closed the ppl there all knew their jobs treated ppl with respect and I never saw anyone dressed in rags at that place they should of put these ppl to work in bertha if I ever go through this agin I'll just go back to...

Staff is as helpful as can be, its just not what used to be with not having pharmacist in store you have to wait for 1 on computer before being able to leave even if have no questions, I understand that's what has to be done for them to stay in operation but its just another thing that makes the experience there not as good as before.
