The Berthoud George T. Sanders has become my "Go To" supply house over the last few years for several reasons: 1.)The staff is second to none and always greet you with a smile. 2.)They treat you like family and are always willing to go out of their way to help. 3.)They are conveniently located. The only improvement that could be made is an update to the computer system or software, I have observed that it tends to freeze up during transactions or crashes entirely, the staff has had to write up orders manually more than once for me. There are also times when one or more computers at the counter are completely locked up causing only one or two computers to be available for the staff to help customers. Great customer service! Lovely ladies up front to greet you. And answer some of your basic construction Plumbing needs. I say basic because my needs were basic. I'm sure either one of them ladies no more than I do. Took me right back to the warehouse, showed me the options of parts. Gave me a rave review of a much cheaper part, that happens to be a popular item. Needless to say I walked out of there with three parts, for less then another vendor tried to sell me for one part. So they have great competitive pricing on top of their great customer service. I really enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend...

The gentleman greeted me so kindly as soon as I pulled into their yard, 30 minutes before closing…yikes(I pushed it from KY to get it here early). My delivery wasn’t scheduled until tomorrow morning and although he told me the person who would unloading me was getting ready to depart for the day, he went ahead and got me unloaded. Definitely no complaints here. I had to drive around the gravel lot to get backed into the dock but it was doable. Just a little time and patience is all that was needed. I don’t believe they have overnight parking and it’s right off road so no parking...
