There is relatively large not busy yard and easy in & out at this facility. Security guard was a nice friendly lady but her colleague at its shipping receiving was not. That old black lady did not hesitate to show her arrogance and unfriendly attitude toward drivers and probably to entire human kind. Without any greeting and even looking to my side she sent me back to my truck for a yellow safety vest. They have several piece of papers threataning drivers about wearing safety west but none at the entrance to the facility or at the security check point. So, I was forced brutally to walk extra 100 yards that and wase 10 extra minutes of my precious time to fulfil this rediculous demand. It looks that people here find sadistic enjoyment by torching and abusing poor drivers 😄. By the way, interesting fact is that local drivers do not bother to wear safety wast at all. They started to load me relatively quickly though. The shipping lady was softer at the paperwork receiving and even wish me a safe trip. So, pehaps a cope of good coffee while I was been loaded made her mood better. 😀 To s up, apt was at 6:15 am, I arrived at 6:15 am and left at 8:00 am. Not bad at...

There is a little parking outside the entrance. If you arrive a little early, they would allow you to come in and drop your trailer and park back outside the gate or the trailer that is being loaded there’s a sweet older lady that works the guard shack in the day time and older gentleman that works in the evening that is very helpful. I want to give a shout out to the yard dog driver he’s super helpful every time I have been here I don’t know his name he has a long snow white beard, sir I think you. But in all honesty, I can only give three stars from a drivers standpoint THE lady with the short hair at the receiving window in the AM could be a lot more helpful and display more professionalism this should not be a deterrent when I arrived in the back of my mind, I was thinking man I hope she’s not here! Not sure about the negative reviews but my overall experience here was pretty good. I've picked up at many places over the years and never has it went this smoothly. I'm not on a dedicated run here so I thought I wouldn't be priority but I was wrong once I filled out the pick up paperwork I was in a door, loaded and out of there in about 20 to 25 minutes tops.

The lady at the guard shack might give you a little attitude but I think that's just her personality or maybe because I'm not someone she interacts with everyday like the other drivers that were just coming in and doing drop and hooks. Plenty of space to back and over night parking on the road if you need it.
