Mountain Treasures — Local services in Bessemer City

Disappointed. They posted new pictures on their Facebook page with interesting items for sale. I was excited to check them out. Drove 45 minutes with a friend to pick up some things to decorate a newly purchased home. When we got there, the place looks abandoned kind of sketch. I've been to over 40 antique stores in Western North Carolina and South Carolina and this one has the best prices by far. Decent size too. Probably 30-40 booths. Vintage stereo equipment, handmade knives, records, furniture, and just cheap interesting stuff for a couple of bucks. The owner is friendly and will help you load anything heavy. I know a few dealers who buy stuff here and bring it to their own shop and mark it up! The only downside is they only take cash, so...

Absolute smorgasbord of eclectic and incredible wares at shockingly modest prices. As a native Kansas Citian, I had a public freakout at the MULTIPLE Boulevard Brewery beer glasses I stumbled upon, and was able to bring one home for my Floridian-sourced boyfriend so he doesn't feel left out when I drink out of mine. I can't adequately describe the myriad of treasures this place has - it's just a labyrinth of antique luxury....
