Ordered three items delayed delivery so they would all arrive at same time , per the request of Amazon. I needed the items yesterday but they were never put on a truck for delivery but at the distribution center. I called customer service and was repeatedly lied to asked for a representative in the US to help but was repeatedly denied this request. One item was delivered to try and shut me up but that wasnât the item I really needed and I was told they would be delivered this morning since they were not delivered yesterday. Guess what they are not delivered and not on a truck for delivery. Maybe time to go back to brick and motor stores where you donât have this frustrating experiences. You pay for a PRIME service but you never get the items when they say and you canât speak with anyone in the United States to help you. Customer service sucks and I donât understand why no one will help !!!!!
All of the sudden my orders were on the truck for delivery! 3 hours too late, I called and tried to get Customer service to contact the driver so I could get my items before the event I needed them for, since they were due the day before and guaranteed to be delivered yesterday. But since their customer service does not care and neither does their Prime Customers, I once again wasted my time and effort, thinking they would at least try to help since it was their fault I have not received my orders.    Read moreI was coming up on my one year with BHM1 Amazon fulfillment center I had just received a raise and I was due for another for my one year but I was terminated a week before I got it because of bad management favoritism to others and targeted by others I never worked a job where if you got a write up you would not find out about it until they are walking you out the door I never experienced anything like this with other companies What got me was write ups were being computer generated but even still managers would see them but would not let you know about them until youâre being walked to HR to be terminated itâs unprofessional and managers there lack communication skills empathy and concern I was asked numerous times to move or change job descriptions in the midst of completing tasks that I feel a lot of times why I was wrote up by the computers Managers and HR team have no leadership skills half of them donât speak or even know you or get to know you cause they be to busy in other peoples faces they take a liking towards they donât know important things when you question them but they try to make it look like your the fool when really they are now I see why so many good workers leave and find better jobs elsewhere and now Iâm one of...
   Read moreI donât have anything bad to say about this Amazon. I was impressed that they loaded truck themselves. But of course, you have to surrender your keys, which is self explanatory. The only complaint I have is, they loaded my truck from end to the other but didnât replace my yellow pallet jack. There were two pallet jacks in my truck, a grey one and a yellow one, in which they didnât replace after being told they did. I picked up a load from there yesterday, the last 4 of the load was T383, I was in door 110, (731) 332-2933, Truck# 525394, Plate# 3648667. They canât say they donât have it because they do. I work to hard for things to be taken from me and the lied and said both were replaced!! I live in Tennessee and I donât know when Iâll be back in that area. If I canât get my pallet jack, then I need for yâall to replace it!! Wouldâve given it a 5 star rating but lying and taking what didnât belong to yâall, made it 3 stars. Thank you...
