Just moved from NC to AL and had a few pieces get broken. Had to call the customer service line and work that process which was good but a little slow only because I wanted thing taken care. Got back my Head board shipped to the house, but couldn't complete it as the Manufactor made the mistake. Wife and I decided to make the drive to the Distribution Center as I was at that time a little upset to say the least. After Speaking with the warehouse Manager (Ms. Lulu Marks) she asked if her folks could take a look at it and maybe repair it, knowing if it didn't work they would reorder/ship the piece back to me. Everyone from the front of the house (Mrs. Sonjya) to the back of the house was very helpful, and extremely professional! about 30 mins later (Mr. Loko) with the assistance of his supervisor (Mr. Michael) they were able to fix the repair from the Manufactor messed up and put it all together. They had to drill the set holes that was off set, and then they used a 2 part epoxy that was a quick drying. I am very pleased how the entire team was able to help my wife and I with this situation. They even went a touch further and was able to assist us in gather the other parts of my wife's vanity legs that was broken as well. Read moreGiven a 11-2 time frame for delivery. Called the local store it was ordered from. Was transferred to the warehouse the information they relayed to us that out delivery time frame was 1-4. IT WAS NOT. Was told a manager would call with a more concise time frame. NOPE NO CALL RECEIVED. Called the local store again at 4:30 was told that warehouse was closed and they would email the supervisor to call us back...NOPE NO CALL. It wouldn't be so bad if we were contacted saying they were running late or rescheduling for unforseeen circumstances but NOPE!!. LOUSY WAY TO DO BUSINESS...........

I reported the damage I found the very next day (it was not delivery damage). they approved a replacement, but expect me to keep this large piece of heavy, damaged furniture that is unusable for nearly 4 months! i have been demanding that they come pick up the damaged item or allow me to store it outdoors because I do not have room to keep it in my house, but they refuse! It if is not resolved in the next 48 hours, I will simply ask for a refund, instead of an exchange. This company is not worth the hassle.
