Bennett Orchards — Local services in Bethany Beach

I love supporting this local business! The employees/Family are always welcoming you with a pleasant attitude. To me that says it all, they truly greet me everytime with the warmest welcome. I ALWAYS go to pick blueberries and peaches which are perfect for eating fresh and canning, both of which I do. There are other places to pick or buy blueberries, but the people who run this set up make it worth while visiting rather than driving 1 minute down the road to another field where they are not as into "building relationships". This will remain my go-to Peach Orchard and Blueberry Field for as long as I live around here. My Mother-in-Law introduced me to Bennett Orchards and I'm hooked! I ONLY eat peaches when this orchard is producing, there is nothing better than a fresh picked peach off of the tree. Those that are sold in the store are garbage in comparison to these peaches. So I am always looking to hear that the blueberries and peaches are bountiful because I am looking to indulge myself within a few short weeks of production. I will continue to support this business and always bring my Children so they too one day can continue supporting such a wonderful Family...

Shame on you! Your loyal customers FOR YEARS deserve much better. Went to the Fenwick Farmer's Market today and chose a carton of peaches on the display table. Big fat juicy peaches that I was willing to pay $6 for. The guy pulled a real SWITCH-A-ROO. He turned around and reached into a basket and then handed me a bag of peaches. I looked inside and he said "oh I chose some nice smaller peaches for you" Stupid me I was thinking he gave me a nice loaded bag of smaller peaches. I was carrying a lot of extra bags of produce from the market and couldn't tell the weight. When I got home, I'd say the bag maybe weight a pound. There were 6 tiny peaches that I could hold between my thumb and index finger! Shame shame on you Bennetts!! Never ever been treated like this at the market or on your farm. I have been eating Bennett Orchards peaches and blueberries for as long as I can remember! It is one of the things I look forward to the most when visiting the DE beaches - I am always excited to grab a carton (or 5) of Bennett Orchards peaches when at the Fenwick Island Farmers Market. They are the best quality peaches I have ever had and I would highly recommend the Bennett Orchards product to anyone. As for the blueberries, they are delicious!
