This was my first visit to the salon. As soon as I walked in, I was Impressed. The background music was perfect. I requested a specialty pedicure with a paraffin wax dip, a Manicure and an eyebrow waxing. My nail technician name is Ian. His technique for the leg and foot massage was wonderful. Ian did a fantastic job with painting my nails as well. The chairs are very comfortable. The temperature of the water was perfect, and the temperature of the salon was perfect. Wanted to give this place a try.Like to frequent small businesses.After reading the reviews I’m thinking it must have been a off day for Ian.Any conversation(which was little)was initiated by me.I have limitations in my one leg(I walk with a cane)and found him to be rough with positioning my feet and his pedicure hurt at times.The foot bath is not secured so it rolls away often.Didn’t really feel pampered and the music was putting me to sleep!Didn’t feel like a valued customer! Every time I leave, my nails look great and last for weeks. I love that I can book my appointment every 2.5-3 weeks on Booksy.
