What an awesome repair guy! I went in to buy a used computer he had advertised because mine was deemed “unrepairable” by a few other tech repair people. He was actually able to fix my favorite wonderful older laptop and completely upgrade it so now it runs better than it EVER did! He had it fixed in just two days (that was with ordering in a part and waiting on it) and things that had I had been told would be “lost” and “unretrievable” by other people were right back on there like they had never vanished! All for about one quarter the cost quoted by other people and WAY less than having to get a brand new top of the line lap top! Very impressive....not only that but he set up my computer in such a way that it is much simpler for me to use....I am one of those that knows how to turn it off and on and open and close programs and after that I am completely lost so having the computer revamped specifically for ME was a real bonus! Not too many people do things like this, or take the time and energy to really listen to specifically what it is you are needing done..too many people just brush things off as not fixable or quote you ridiculous prices! I was so glad I happened to stop in....and to have unscheduled service and someone make the effort to fit you in around other clients and get it done fast was another nice touch....will definitely go back again...he also helped me fix some annoying problems with my phone and explain things in a way so that it all made more sense to me .....A+ for...

Nathan was nothing short of wonderful. I came out from Maryland and found out when I got here my laptop was dead. He squeezed me in between two other appointments and looked at it and diagnosed it as dead and not worth repairing. He pulled the hard drive, put it in an external box, copied my files over so I could access them on my new laptop (so I would not have issues with file rights) told me how to plug it in, where to look for my files, how to treat it and when I asked if I could just make that as a backup drive he was honest and told me no, that there were too many "errors" and gave me a hard drive he had around and told me when I get the files transferred from my old hard drive to the new laptop, to swap out the drives, format the one he gave me and I would have a new backup drive. As well as a host of tips that I would never have thought of on my own. All of that and charged me far less than anyone else would have. Very pleasant and informative...

Nathan really saved the day! I needed emergency help and Nathan was there in about 30 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to evaluate my tech issues and made sure that everything was in good working order before he left..
