Over the past 20 years we have purchased several pieces from B&W — sofa, table and chairs, mattresses, headboard to mention a few. It’s my first stop when I’m in the market to buy something new or just in the mood to look at what’s there. We’ve never been unhappy with a purchase. The sales staff is very friendly and helpful without seeming “pushy” and I never feel rushed. Sometimes I’ll go in and tell the sales representative that I’m “just here to browse” and I’m left to roam the store myself - then if I have a question the staff is happy to help.
