Buyer be ware - if you are getting something as a gift, if thre is ANYTHING wrong with it, you need to contact them within 30 days. After that, they will not help. We received a gift, went to contact them for help, they, at first, were more than happy to help, until they realized it had been over 30 days. When we found out the original order date was more than 30 days before we received the gift, they simply said sorry, but it's it's been more than 30 days, you will have to purchase a new one for it to be correct. Just bad. I even admitted that I forgot to email them when we got it and forgot about it until we received another, but they blamed me for not contacting with 30 days despite three fact we received the original gift 2 months after it was ordered. Just be ware. They only help if it is convenient for them. To quote them "we go above and beyond to take care of our customers, BUT.." It could just be me, but a "but" usually negates wherever was just said. Just be ware.

FACTS BEING AVOIDED - I was never asked when the order was placed until offered to make it right. ONLY then was the date questioned. ALSO, we had not received the gift for 60+ days AFTER it was ordered. So, even if sticking to the 30 days, we would still be told "we can help" followed by "we will not help". Don't commit to helping and then take it back, that's poor customer service where ever you go by ANY business.

It also looks like I am not the only one claiming poor customer service, see other bad reviews here. All the positive ones are about the product, but never dealing with the customer service. All the negative ones are on their customer service with issues on...

A friend ordered the baby block for myself (Grandmother) and the mother. I gave her the wrong weight so when they came in is when we noticed it. I ordered just one replacement for the mother. They emailed me and said they had a duplicate order and showed me some other ideas. I called their office and explained the weight was incorrect and to please reorder the one block, the lady asked if I wanted another for myself and I told her no that it would be an inside joke between myself and my friend who originally ordered them. I received the package today, and what a surprise. They remade mine as well. That is just going above and beyond. They didn't have to do that and it speaks volumes.
