Disaster of experience - poor customer service, no result treatments and extremely over priced. Do not ruin your surgery results thinking they can help with post-op massage. They are not trained or skilled to provide proper post-op massage for Lipo/Tummy Tuck or BBL patients, but quick to take your money then tell you there's no refunds after. Cost $600 for 5 45min massage or $150 for 1. Whats even worse, after bringing to there attention on 3 occasions concerns of a pocket of fluid and them kept saying it was normal and taking my money only to result in me having to find a place (they couldn't recommended anyone) where I could seek medical attention to get the area drained. See picture, 2 areas circled that where filled with liquid - not normal after healed incisions! So they couldn't provide the proper treatment needed that was visually apparent from my first appointment nor refer you to anyone but yet they will surly take your money and even when they cant treat they Alana (owner) still feel as though they have all the rite to keep your money. Sorry thats not how people expect any professional business to operate and over charge. My advice seek a business who knows how the meaning of customer service, not money hungry and truly know how to treat post-op patients cause this place is far from it. I had to travel to Philadelphia for proper care, its worth the drive to go somewhere who knows what the're doing and can offer resources when needed. Otherwise you won't have good results and will end up spending...
Read moreI cannot say enough good things about Integrated Massage & Bodywork in Medford! Erica Suarez is an absolute rockstar of a massage therapist. From the moment you walk into the Stokes Road Medical Building, the vibe is calm, professional, and super welcoming.
I booked for serious muscle tension and left feeling like a new person. Erica is incredibly skilled—she found every knot I didn’t even know I had and worked them out with just the right pressure. It was both deeply relaxing and therapeutically effective. She really listens to what you need and customizes the session perfectly.
The space itself is clean, calming, and has those spa-like touches that make you instantly relax. Bonus points for clearing my sinuses with peppermint—it was such a thoughtful, refreshing touch that took the experience to the next level.
If you want more than just a generic back rub—this is the spot. Whether you’re an athlete, desk warrior, or just need stress relief, you’ll walk out floating.
Erica’s professionalism, knowledge, and genuinely caring approach make this the best massage experience I’ve had in South Jersey. Don’t even think twice—book it. You’ll thank...
Read moreWent last night to get a couples massage with my husband. When I walked in, I was pretty impressed. Beautiful & welcoming atmosphere. The room was nice & I enjoyed the atmosphere a lot. Then the massage started... it was awful, but I’ve definitely had better. But my 2 star rating was more for lack of professionalism. My therapist’ phone kept going off & my therapist was obviously messing with her phone while she was suppose to be massaging me. Someone had opened the door while our session was taking place. ( Don’t you know what rooms are being used???) Also, we had to fill out what areas we Do & Don’t want done. Both my husband & I didn’t care for our feet to be massaged... and they obviously didn’t even look at the paper, cause they both massaged our feet. As well as my husband wanted his glutes massaged & the therapist did not massage them. My therapist was also a smoker, and let me tell you, it’s not fun inhaling someone’s breath when you’re laying face up & they just recently smoked. As a former massage therapist myself, I know I can be a hard critic , but this was just not a good experience and I’m sad to say that we will...
