For a store it isn't that bad. You can find what you need, I guess. I believe they buy certain items in bulk. More than once I found an item there (ex. chocolate banana milk) and fell in love. I bought for a month or two only not to ever see it again. Overall the store has a dark almost grimy feel... The 24 hour redners in Palmyra has a complete opposite feeling, even when you walk in at 2 in the morning. Which is another minus for the Fredericksburg location, only open during the day. Also very focused on the self checkout lanes. Personally I hate them. I'm already paying for the stuff, now I have to ring it up and bag it as well. Might just become a farmer amd grow it as well. I just changed my Review from 4 stars to 1 star. Management rude and unprofessional. The associates are wonderful, but management doesn't engage with customers and when they do they are condescending and treat the customer like they are a waste of their time. I shop (shopped, I probably won't continue) there almost daily and I know virtually every associate in the store, but never met the manager until I asked to speak with them. How is that possible? The manager hides in their office and doesn't engage or be concerned with their customers needs. Corporate office doesn't address complaints other than a boiler plate response. This store has lost 12 years of dedicated support from my family. I'll pay more to shop at the competitors before I support this...

I lost my wallet and was trying to use ApplePay to get cash back. I was running into difficulties and the two boys helping me were extremely patient and helpful. We couldn’t get it to work and I was about to accept the fact that I’d just have to deal with having no cash until I can get a replacement card. Dylan, one of the workers saw how much I was upset by this scenario, I was pretty much crying and this man bought my water and gave me the $20 I was trying to get of cash back out of his own pocket.
