They used to do a good job of letting me know when my box rental was close to renewing. However, I don't know what happened during late November early December 2022. I visited this location several times and no one gave me any notice (verbal or written) of my rental box needing to renew. I became very ill during the Christmas break and was bed-ridden. Finally, after getting well, I came out to check my box just to know I've been locked out. Yea, you guessed it. They closed my box without giving me ANY notice (verbal or written). Of course they put the blame on me not checking my box often enough. If you charge money for a service, then it's time to update your process by sending electronic reminders. At this point, I would trust a digital platform over a person. There's plenty of email programs you guys can invest in to send out electronic reminders even if I secured a rental over the counter. The reminder service shouldn't be limited to online requests only. It's time to fully update...

We have a mail kiosk in our neighborhood. The mail person delivered a package to a box and left a key with a (barely legible) note explaining the location of the package. The key has often not worked, and we try ALL the boxes. We thought perhaps maybe we just weren't pushing the key correctly, so pushed it a little harder and the little key broke off in the box. Left a note explaining what happened to the mail deliverer. And they wrote a nasty note back telling me to "READ THE NOTE" and "maybe next time dont break the key and just call the post office" (we did, they didn't answer... of course..never do). Not sure why the mail delivery person took it upon themselves to berate me, but they did....

This location doesn't even deserve one star. The older man that works there is the rudest person I've ever come across. (I'm a very nice and friendly person that smiles at everyone I should add that)He told me I couldn't have a receipt for shipping my packages off. lIES. Then proceeds to slam my packages around. It was right before they closed for there hour lunch so I'm guessing he needed that cigarette that he came out front to smoke after I gathered up my packages to take them to another location. I will never step foot in this location again. I've never ever been treated like that. He was so rude I...
