Dollar General Market — Local services in Bicknell

The store itself is ok. It’s clean and has plenty of variety. Most of the cashiers are nice (I see Rachel, Nicole, Dawn, Teressa and Evelyn a lot and never have issue with them.)

However, there are some issues: All your stuff says that customer service is important but you have the cashiers doing so much that it’s not even possible for them to focus on it. How are they suppose to be kind and get us through line quickly if they have to stop and try to force us in to taking a survey??

It’s weird that a key is needed for almost every function on the registers and makes it take forever. And the computers are always having problems and shutting down.

The male employees are always outside smoking.

Employees have so much to do that they all seem frazzled.

And the bathrooms. They’re usually clean but in the women’s room the handicap stall is broken, looks like someone took a sledge hammer to the toilet. How is any woman with a walker, wheelchair m, etc suppose to use that bathroom.

I like and appreciate the store but there are definitely some things...

UPDATE!! This store is now, always clean when i walk in. Very friendly service as well. Normally, they have everything I need. Carts are always good and you can easily get atound the store.

Outside of the store is also kept clean. We shop here all the time now.

Not a bad place to shop in a pinch. Wish it was a little better kept. The isles are always a mess (cluttered and untidy). Seems to always look as if they are in a state of restocking. Boxes and stuff all over in the isles and parked in front of the shelves hiding products. It does not look dirty just messy. Never found issues with anything I have purchased. I have purchased fresh produce, meat, dairy, and other grocery items and owner items d well. Never found fault with...

Everytime I shop at DG Market, something doesn't ring up the right price. Lots of times it is the sale items that do not ring up with the sale price. Other times, you must watch where you pick something up because the item doesn't match the price and label under it. A while back, I noticed that all the gallon jugs of milk we're placed where the half gallon jugs usually go. I mentioned it to a manager and she told me they placed the jugs there to sell them faster since they were out of half gallon jugs. People will pick up the gallon thinking it cost the price of a half gallon, but at the register it rings up for more. Stuff like this happens almost Everytime I go into that store.
