Wilmot Welcome Center & Rest Area — Local services in Big Course District

Was surprised I found truck parking almost empty when I pulled in that RA at 23.30,,, only 9 truck parking spots but very well designed big enough for overlength load/doubles/triples, LCV, So a good spot to park the semi for a 10 hour overnight break.Quiet not busy.Well illuminated.Thank you SD,, other states should learn from this design,, maybe build more truck parking then just 9,, cause trucks need more parking spots in USA,, here in SD seems less off a problem because less congested,,, interstate almost empty at night,, love it...😊 Well, after long day off driving a good place to rest for truckers, don't need more then that a safe place to park truck n sleep,, Good 🌙...

Beautiful, clean , modern and great spacious parking spots for semi tractor trailer units and a much better angle for getting in and out. Spots are longer to accommodate guys with double trailers and longer loads etc..

New building is beautiful and much larger than previous structure. With that being said, why the hell in such a nice big building does the men's bathroom only have 2 toilets? This being the main reason people stop at a rest area is to use the...

An absolutely beautiful view from a very interesting (and as the previous review said) "QUIET" rest stop. I was in a blizzard through here last April and there was no use in stopping. Understandably at this time of year (December) the centre has limited visitor traffic but as I travel through this area (sadly) mostly during winter months, the presentation area was closed. I am sure this would be a beautiful view in WARMER months!!! Washrooms...
