I can’t deny that they have beautiful pieces, but the return policy is bad. I had a piece that a spent quite a bit for it was a brownie pan which I used twice and washed by hand when I was washing it I felt a flaw which turn out to be a crack almost across the whole piece. I didn’t have it a year but since I didn’t use it within 30 days of purchase I was told too bad so sad this is their policy. Didn’t make one bit of difference that I was a regular customer and have spent a few thousand on their products. Now I am sure this small business is able to write off any broken or damaged products as items are shipped from Poland, but the owner was not budging. I really have a bad taste in my mouth about this issue and probably won’t be buying much more. My advice is to use any item immediately and if it’s a gift tell the person you gifted it to, to use it right away just in case it’s flawed and you don’t want to lose your money.

When I asked who else in Poland I could contact there was no response. Small business or not this went beyond your policy and when people purchase dozens of pieces from you, you might as the owner want to give better and more personal...

Cons: Not competitively priced on most items. Website and app is terribly unfriendly particularly compared to competitors. It makes online shopping a bad experience. Not a great selection of unique pieces such as French butter dishes, candle/votive holders, etc. When asked about these special item there always seems to be a reason why they don’t carry such items. Discounts are rare and seem to be on items that would never be on...
