Took my 98 Honda Foreman to The Shop. First issue: unprofessional. When I dropped off the wheeler on a Saturday I told the guy in the shop that I had a wheeler that I needed to drop off. He responded, "and". I said, "I need to get it worked on". He looks at me again and says, "and". I then proceeded to tell him the problem. I would have expected a response like, "well lets get it unloaded," or "whats the issue with it?" or "lets get your info so we can call you when we find something". One GOOD thing. They were fast on getting to work on it.This is the only reason I rated them at two stars instead of one. They were able to get it in the shop in about 1/2 week. Second issue. When they called to say they might have found the issue they stated that it would require a $90 electrical part. I inquired as to whether I would have to pay for the electrical part if it didn't fix the issue. They stated that I would still have to pay for the electrical part if it didn't fix the issue. And they weren't even sure it would fix the issue. So I decided to take it to Bemidji Sports Centre being when I had it there in spring of 2015 they put a couple electrical parts on it but didn't charge me for them when they didn't work. Final issue. They charged me $75 for the labor of trying to figure out what was going on with it even though they weren't able to tell me for sure what was wrong with the wheeler. Had dropped another outboard for an estimate. Never got any estimate, never gave approval for work. Then got a bill for $333. Took a few months to pay off, ownergot nasty about that. I was told ahead that there was a two week backlog which was much faster than other dealers quoted. My atv was ready right on time and not only that but several nuisance repairs had been done without direction and I was only charged one hour for a part replacement would have taken me three hours of cussing to try to replace. This shop gets an A+++ from me....
