Purchased Frosteez branded platinum diamond 0.5g cart and the top came off in the wierdest way. Cart leaked, didn't hit right, burned excessive oil, etc.. it was a dud but that happens. Took it in for an exchange as this isn't uncommon with carts but the clerk wanted to charge me 50% the cost of a replacement because "half of it was used". Walmart don't charge me half the price when something breaks while I'm using it. They just exchange it. I was already not the biggest fan of the Frosteez branded carts because they fail more than other brands Frosteez carries but I trusted Frosteez to stand behind their products if one failed. They didn't.
