I’m 18 which is the legal gambling age in montana, I won 20 dollars on a lottery ticket and he had cashed the ticket but refused to give me money and my ID back saying i had to be 21 i had to take the ID and my original ticket back from his hand. I was crying at this point and went to holiday where the very sweet woman told me it was already cashed and advised I have my mom talk to the guy. He immediately started yelling at my mom and refused to give us the 20 dollars, until my mom called the police. All while calling me a liar and so many other names. I guess the officer told him the age is 18 and explained how the back of IDs have a scanner to make sure they’re valid so this might not be an issue in the future but I spent my entire experience here crying. He said his mom owned the business and it was her rule but I am a regular customer and this was my favorite place to get tickets from, scratching them at the counter...
