I want to tell you all who are looking for a new mattress... my husband and I had an appt today with mattress by appt biloxi. 1st off. I love the 1:1 no rushed service... I was able to ask all my questions and not feel rushed since this is not a commissioned sell nor did we feel pressured to buy anything 2nd... my husband is the 1 who has to test the mattresses out first before my decision and Brandy was EXTREMELY patient and educated in his wants and needs without again feeling pressured at all, which is a huge deal for my husband. 3rd we love being able to support local family businesses and in this day and age supporting family run local businesses makes such a huge impact, especially with how the government has been treating covid and how many small local businesses are closing. 4th. I love the fact that if I have any issues with the mattress, instead of having to go through the big company and deal with the back and forth of a customer service, all I have to do is contact Mattress By Appointment Biloxi and they will handle the issue, obviously this is a new mattress and we haven't needed to do that, but I prefer talking to someone face to face. And yes I have had to deal with big mattress companies when my bed started to sink and I was so fed up with all their excuses and poor customer service I ended up not getting a mattress and was so frusterated I didn't get the warranty filled. 5th, they delivered and set up the same day!!! No waiting!!! 6th, this is probably going to be the 1 point that alot of people need to hear. We were going to buy a temperpedic queen bed with base which would have cost over 9k, we bought a comparable mattress and massaging/ movable base for a third of the price (3k) all in which included a lavender infused side sleeper pillow for me and extra cooling mattress protector...

You all don't know me, but I am 1 of those people that always research big ticket items ie anything more then $200. We went to 4 differrent mattress stores. I encourage anyone to schedule an appt. It won't be time wasted, even if you don't...

Our Sleep Number sprung a leak and would not hold air on one side. We ordered a mattress from Lull because it said it would be shipped in 1-4 business days. Great, right?! Wrong. We were charged but it wasn’t shipped and they didn’t have any to ship to us. After sleeping on the couch and recliner for a few nights, my husband and I drove to D’Iberville only to find out it would be at least 6 weeks before a mattress would be delivered. Started googling mattress stores to see what other options we had along the coast and came across Mattress by Appointment. It was Sunday at 2:30 and I was holding my breath on reaching anyone but Brandy answered and met us an hour later! We told her the mattress we liked at the previous store and she brought us straight to the one we bought and left with. We ended up getting a much higher quality mattress for cheaper than what we originally looked at while at the previous store AND it has a 20 year warranty. Me and my husband came into plush yesterday to buy a Matress. We ended up going with a higher end hybrid Matress and at first I was a little skeptical about it but let me just say this, we are so used to these cheap 300-400 dollar Matress that we have went through 4-5 in the past year so the price of this one we bought kind of scared me. But let me be the first to tell you. We slept like a baby last night! My husband woke up with no back pain and I woke up with a little bit of back pain but that’s just my body’s way of saying hey I need to get used to this mattress!
