Horrible experience with AT&T. We switched over about a week ago and have had nothing but issues since. First the warehouse messed up and sent us the wrong chips for two of the phones, then they had to go through all of these additional steps to activate our lines due to the mess up. To top it all off my 10 year olds sons phone randomly gets shut off and loses all network access. When I called to figure out what was going on they proceeded to tell me they suspended my sons line and blacklisted the brand new phone that we purchased from the AT&T Store because āsomeoneā called and said the phone was stolen.
First of all none of us called and reported the phone stolen. So they shut off and blocked all access for my son to use his device because a stranger called and said it was stolen. They couldnāt even tell me who called. The only people who should have the ability to have one of our lines turned off is either me or my wife.
After three hours of being passed around from manager to manager they made 0 progress. Complete waste of time, energy, and money. Called the store and essentially told me they canāt do anything either. Todays my sons birthday and he canāt even use his phone or receive birthday calls. By far worst experience ever! I highly suggest you avoid AT&T at all costs. I truly regret...

First of all, Nate met me halfway across the store to welcome me and introduce himself. He answered my questions as rapidly as I fired them. As I was asking Nate about the lg v30 phone that I wanted, Eli overheard and mentioned that particular phone was in stock and available for $80. I had been researching that phone for weeks and watching prices on ebay. I couldn't touch a new phone for less than $230 and they were offering it at a fraction of the price. Needless to say, I went home with a new phone on a network that covers my home, my place up north and pretty much anywhere in Michigan. I got a prepaid plan because it's just me, I didn't need a family plan and didn't want a contract. Also got 16gb of data, unlimited texts and calls for $40 a month. Nate and Eli set the phone up for me, transferred my contacts and were an absolute pleasure in my time spent at the store. They were knowledgeable about the products, about the contracts, treated me with respect and were engaging. I highly recommend this store and these salesmen. I'm glad I stopped at this...

Someone went to your store and order multiple wireless headphones using my number and my husband's phone number. I want you to know I have reported this to fraud. The associates that was involved with sale should be fired. Account is located in Cincinnati Ohio. Me and my husband have no reason to drive 5 hours to your store to buy wireless airpods for IPhones when all of our phones are Samsungs. We have one phone that is an iPhone. So there's your red flag.
