Dollar General — Local services in Bingham

I want to like this location because of the convenience and the staff seem nice, but the place is a constant mess and more than a few times they have sold us expired items. You can barely navigate the store without running into boxes or carts with stuff on them taking up the isle space. God forbid you have a walking aid or a wheelchair. Twice now I’ve gotten home and found the experation date from the beginning of the year months and months later. The one time I mentioned it to the staff, they said they would remove the product since all of them in the box were expired and they never did. Sadly I have to say my experience here was discouraging, as when I had first entered the store I had been told to leave my purse up front with the clerk. I had concerned to the staff that I didn’t wish to do so because I have belongings in my purse such as valuable belongings, cash, and medications. They were very rude and when I had brought my purse back to my car they scoffed at me as I returned in the store. As a black woman I feel very discriminated against, and I had called the district manager Tammy to make her aware, however she was very dismissive of the whole situation, I will not be returning to shop...

New to the area, they have alot under one roof. Some higher quality stuff, and some not so much. But you get what you pay for these days. Easy to spot from the main road through town, and items from toys to clothing, to house hold goods to food and drinks, they have a good variety and a much better attitude than WalMart help has as well.
