A lady I assume was a manager with big eyes got smart with a customer because she asked if they had another cashier that could open up due to the line being extremely long. Lady without name tag on evening shift heavy set told the other customer everyone could wait and she would close store and not ring customers up. She was very unprofessional and continued to argue with customer even went out door behind her. She needs to be fired immediately.
