Plenty of options for all products offered. They did complete mostly on time. I had two major issues with how the project went as a whole. My customers picked out all their cabinets, flooring, tile, and countertops well in advance of the project start. After those very difficult decisions were made and the quote came to me i then sign off and have to pay a 50% deposit to hold all materials and my place on the schedule. I don’t have a problem with that but it turns out they don’t use your down payment to purchase and hold your materials. Advance about 4 months and they decide it’s time to look into getting the flooring and find out that two different ones are no longer available! So the owners and the design coordinator have to go through the decision making process again, they come up with choice # 2 and a week or two later I get another email that says one of those floors is no longer available. So the owners and coordinator have to go through this a third time!! O, and somehow all of these different floor options come in at the same price. 🤔 The other irritating part is that I had to ask them to layout the cabinets on the floor after framing. My other cabinet suppliers ( who are much less expensive) come out and draw the layout of every cabinet so all the mechanical crews can do their work. I had to ask them to lay it out and they did a very vague job of it that turned out wrong in a few places and they didn’t draw out any uppers or heights. Then when it came time for the granite to get templated they said I needed to be there for showing the granite company which sinks, faucets, appliances, etc which ones go where. This was all coordinated between Woodstock, the plumbers and appliance company and thier job coordinator should be the one there, that’s what I paid the premium for. Woodstock Flooring in Birnamwood, WI did an amazing job on our remodeling project. The entire staff was very active in every step, from designing, colors, types of wood, installation, and right down to the drawer pulls on the cabinets. The staff took the time to explain options that would be an excellent choice for our house. The designer did an excellent job on making us feel comfortable before signing the contract by explaining the drawings in detail and gave us a very clear visual of how our finished product would look. Phil, along with the staff, were hands on during the install and made sure that we were satisfied with the end product. We have received numerous compliments on how beautiful our remodel looks and the quality of wood used in the project is outstanding.

We purchased a small cabin last November and gave it a much needed upgrade. We hired Woodstock and they did an amazing job. They helped pick out the designs that fit our taste. They put in the white washed Basswood paneling, flooring, cabinets, countertop and backsplash. They communicated well, showed up in MI when they said they would and the quality of work was fantastic.
