Big Pine Creek is one of the premier hiking trails in the Eastern Sierras. There are 2 different trails. One for those that can get a permit and backpack. This trails is almost a mile longer than the day hike, which the parking is further north. The parking lot has bear-proof storage areas for food that won't take with you. Don't leave food in your...
