Great customer service....a welcoming greeting when I walked in...when I went towards the back I was greeted by an associate who noticed I was looking for a few bolts...he assisted me in finding what I needed and was quite knowledgeable....had he not noticed that I needed stainless steel bolts I'd have gotten the wrong ones....then to the cashier who's was friendly and courteous....a GREAT experience at Jared's Ace Hardware in...

first time buying for this ACE walked in the staff welcome to Ace have my mask on I found what I came to buy went to check the customer in front of me no mask on the cashier took down the glass to check him out then when I got up she said hold on then she puts the glass back up then ring up my item she said the total handed her the money she was hastened to take my money then I said thank you and have a good no response WOW will not...

Jared's has a great selection and very helpful staff. I've never been snubbed by staff members and have always been assisted more than adequately regardless of what I'm in search of. Jake and Marie will order what they don't have upon request, if they can. Both thumbs up for this...
