iRepair — Local services in Bismarck

I'm from out of state and working in Bismarck on a temporary work assignment. My MacBook Pro experienced a GPU glitch during my stay there. I did some research on various Mac repair facilities in the Bismarck area and iRepair seemed like a no-brainer for diagnostic and repair services. I wasn't disappointed when I decided to place my MacBook Pro in the care of iRepair. Chris, the proprietor of iRepair, was very professional, accommodating, and kept me abreast of any new and up to date information concerning my repair order/status. I had a stellar experience working with the Owner. After hours of my own research and a back pack full of all my unloved Apple products I’ve toted state to state, I left feeling completely resolved, ready to toss them. Like many of my experiences in North Dakota, the Owner was proud of his long standing local commitments and kept a very tidy shop. His prices were quite in-line with what you’d expect locally. He had no problem chatting and he even illustrated his care beyond a sale, with live action Google searches, always a favorite! If you’re in the area and need anything Apple, I’d stop here first. Honest advice....

A piece of my phone charger broke off in my iphone. And after spending hours... yes actually hours dealing with my cellphone company figuring out what to do with it (trade in for new, pay deductible and file insurance claim) I decided to call a repair store. I spoke to this store and he said he could fix it, so I came right over. He had me in and out of his shop in less then 2 minutes and he didn’t even charge me. I am so mad I didn’t call them this morning instead of the cellphone company, it would of saved me so much time. What great service, I would definitely recommend...
