Cave Creek Rodeo Days — Local services in Black Canyon City

I'm not sure what happened to my review from last year but it certainly wasnt 5 stars. We bought tickets to the Ranchero Club seating and it was a total disaster! The food wasnt anything special1 for the money, but the worst part was nobody was monitoring the area, and the General Admission folks started cramming into our area. We were packed in like sardines and the folks who paid extra for this seating and came just before the show were out of luck. I hope they do a better job this year, if the show goes on. I would’ve gave it a five star however the bender that they have there like that Mexican taco place that serves nachos with super overpriced and disgusting. Take about half an hour to 45 minutes to even get your food and when you do get your food it has no salt. They have no condiments for you. It was just very nasty. My tacos were soft when the shelves should’ve been hard because they were such in a rush that the cook wasn’t letting the tacos. Sit on the skillet long enough. Other than that, everything...

This was my first Rodeo, so I can't effectively compare....but I noticed it was professionally run with a friendly, happy atmosphere. The horses and bulls all were happy, healthy and well cared for ( believe me, I watch out for signs) and the announcer was funny, and they played cool music. I guess I pictured rodeos would be kind of creepy, but it's Cave Creek, so it would be a fun thing to bring the family, or date. It runs on...
