Never again. Trusted this company with delivering an anniversary bouquet. Confirmed the day before that delivery would occur. This order was placed days before delivery was to occur. They are located around 20 minutes from the delivery address.
I was concerned when they weren’t delivered in the morning, so I called to inquire and they asked for my wife’s phone number so the driver could call her to arrange meeting outside the business. I paid for a delivery, and it is an open door business that the driver could go in very easily and deliver the flowers. But I provided the number regardless
A few minutes later they called my wife and informed her that they couldn’t deliver the flowers during the normal business hours.
Imagine getting a call that someone ordered you flowers, but that they wouldn’t get delivered. They did offer to deliver to our home, but that was an hour away.
You do not call the person who is receiving the flowers with that information. The assistant manager Bridget and her employees couldn’t care less or care about the situation. Never ever again. So much for a 15 year anniversary bouquet. I asked Howe they would feel about that, and she informed me that she was divorced. So maybe that explains a few things.

Read moreMy sweet husband ordered me flowers and chocolate for Valentine’s Day to be delivered to my work. He ordered through 1-800-flowers so I’m not sure if he chose the florist or what. The chocolates showed up completely melted and inedible so he talked to 1-800-flowers to get the chocolates refunded. Less than an hour later someone from the florist office showed up and waited around my work to get the chocolates and flowers back because the whole order was canceled. I walked my TRASH CAN up to the front so he could see that they were inedible but still waited for me to hand the flowers back despite it being an issue between them and 1-800-flowers.
